FAQ

1. How long can the battery work?
First please charge the battery fully, it will takes about 150 minutes.
Recording video with 4k resolution, battery can works about 100 minutes;
Recording video with 2k or 1080p or 720p, battery can works about 110 minutes.

After receiving the camera, please charge the battery before using it.
The battery life is related to the environment and method of use. The above usage time is for reference only.
2. Can this camera work as PC CAM?
Yes.
3. Why the video quality is not reach 4k? Is it fake?
Please playback 4k video on 4k TV or 4k computer, because the resolution of the camera screen is relatively low.
4. Why sometimes video freezes？
Please use U3 C10 SD card, because 4K cameras require SD cards to support higher write speeds.
5. Why my 128GB SD card can not work with the camera?
Please use Kingston U3 SD card.
6. How to use wifi?
Download the APP named “LzxViewer” on your smart phone and connect the camcorder’s WIFI for preview and operation on the phone/tablet. You can download the videos and pictures on the APP and share with your friends at any time.
